“Life Energy awareness and enhancement
through techno music dancing meditation”
(Taoist "chi" knowledge)
Life Energy: ancestral knowledge called it, Chi (Taoist), Prana (Buddhist), Manna (Native Indian). It is the breath of life, a rhythm of biomagnetic energy, which brings life to living creatures.
Dancing through the rhythm’s melody of techno music to enhance and feed the
“Life Energy Loop” which revolves around our body, up from the perineum, along the spinal chord to the brain and down in front through the solar plexus and the navel back to the perineum,
Techno music helps to feel the energy flow inside and outside our body, creating a soft trance, enhancing our ability to feel sounds and lights like waves of energy, allowing us to dance in the rhythmic wheel, perfectly matching the music’s vibes with the micro vibrations of the life force energy flowing in cycle through our body and gathering along the L.E. loop.
1/ The L.E. loop is man’s Life Energy refiner:

Most of our life energy is produced everyday to nourish our sexual core, a basic primordial surviving need, but, thanks to our big brain, this great sexual energy is the source of our creativity,
Going up from the perineum, along the back, reaching the brain, the flow of Sexual Energy is transformed into Creativity Energy and brings clarity, imagination and intelligence of the mind.
Creative Energy allows us to see the path of Beauty around us.
Going down in front, from the apex of our skull along the forehead, through the heart, the Creativity Energy flow is transformed to Love Energy, (the very basic universal energy of the Universe), and turns us to higher level of sensitivity, with joy, truth and love in our thoughts and our actions.
2/ Visualization of the L.E. loop to enhance it:
Squeezing our lower abdomen and sexual center while inhaling trough our feet and perineum the blue strength of the Earth, we bring up the energy from the sacrum to the back of the brain, we feel a little explosion of light in our brain,
While inhaling, the brain sensation is brought to the forehead (third eye) with a feeling of clear vision, then the flow goes down in front to the heart area, like breathing from the Stars a blue and red great sensation of love.
This greatly refined energy is stored as a ball in the middle of the abdomen just under the navel (Japanese Hara is an exempla of an ancestral knowledge of this mechanism)
The L.E. loop happen during all of our physical life,
Death comes when the physiological body systems get too old and fail to keep together the complex chain of biochemical signal which proceed the universe energy into humankind L.E. loop.
Then our energy goes back to the great pool of primary Love energy, to be used by lovers for instance to give life to their children.
